1. We cannot control any countries postal services. Once a pack leaves us, aside from a certificate of posting, we cannot advise on status or whereabouts of your item. We send NOTHING tracked, unless you specifically choose a tracked option which will be available to UK, EU and US customers only. In which case we will have tracking info available to provide to you after 3 working days (it takes time to ship and process)
2. We package all parcels/packages SECURELY. However we accept no responsibility for any damages incurred during the postal process. We also accept NO responsibility for any lost packages – why should we pay out for the postal services incompetence? In the past we have helped people with lost packages but we now draw a distinct line of no responsibility. If a pack does not arrive, we will send you a copy of the certificate of post which will show a date and time but have the PO blacked out, and your post/zip code, and pack weight and cost as proof. It is not uncommon for lost packs to arrive 1-2 months down the line internationally!

This site is international and has international visitors and what may be legal in one country may not be legal in another, however, any information garnered from this site does not imply or suggest human or any use at all.
