On average, how long until I receive my goods?

Goods are then shipped within 2 days, weekdays only. Shipping times vary. 
 
What are your average shipping times?

From the day your package is physically posted, we are looking at:
2 Business days within the UK.
3-6 Business days within the EU.
5-14 Business days within USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
The above are average times. We have had scenarios when some packs have taken 4 days to Australia, and others 26. We request you allow a full 28-day period before emailing us if your package has not arrived.
What method of post do you use?
Orders to USA/Australia/Canada/New Zealand are sent regular airmail. This is in part largely for security purposes your end and ours. We keep proof of postage for a 60 day period which you can request from us at any point in time. After 60 days the proof is destroyed.
Orders within the EU are sent tracked by International Signed For delivery, or where possible via Royal Mail Airsure. If you do not want to sign for your package, please write this in the comments field in the checkout section of the site.
UK orders are sent Special Delivery next day before 1pm. Again if you do not want to sign for your package, please make us aware in the comments section during checkout, we are happy to send first class, but note the cost will be the same.
 
 
Reship Policy:

Please note: We have a reship policy for USA and Australian customers but you must demonstrate/provide evidence of a seizure or a failed, such as providing a letter of proof from customs.
